ST. MARTIN IS French, and Sint Maarten is Netherlands (Dutch). They are part of what is known as the Leeward Island and they share the island, as in splitting it in half. Moody Blues went to the French half because there used to be no fee to anchor there, but now there is. The photo is of Gene taking down the BVI territory flag.
